What is a HAZOP study?

HAZard and OPerability (HAZOP) is a well-known and documented study that may be used as a standalone analysis or as a part or whole of a QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment). This is a detailed review technique when compared to HAZID. The use of HAZOP is to check the system/plant on how does it get to deviate from the design intent and creates risk for equipment and personal operability issues.  This is usually used in the chemical and petroleum industry for the piping systems to get safe and reliable plants.

And Also Green World Group, the leading HSE consultancy, and training is much delighted to conduct FREE WEBINAR ON HAZOP on 27th January 2021 at 7 pm (UAE timing)
